| The Concussion Clinic is held each Wednesday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Appointments may be made by calling our office at (716) 829-2070. |
| Patients seeking treatment at the clinic will need to provide a referral from their primary care physician. |
| Clinic patients are initially evaluated with exercise testing on a treadmill to determine heart rate, blood pressure and blood gas levels. A comprehensive medical history and chart review is then used to develop a customized exercise protocol. |
| Health Insurance - The following plans are currently accepted: Medicare, Railroad Medicare, NYS Medicaid, BC/BS of WNY, IHA, Univera, Empire Plan, Worker's Comp, Fidelis, Nova, North American Preferred, United Health Care (some plans), Aetna (some plans), Chickering, GHI, Tricare, and POMCO.
